podman-compose auf Debian 13 reicht ${VAR:-x} wörtlich durch; km bekam
den Platzhalter als Repo-Namen. Jede Variable steht jetzt in der .env
(Vorlage deploy/env.example), und die Konfiguration verwirft Werte, die
wie ein unersetzter Platzhalter aussehen.
